Imagine several acres of garden illuminated with weird and enchanting art installations created by local Bay Area artists. The Gardens at Lake Merritt will be filled with these and other surprises during Oakland’s Autumn Lights Festival on 6-10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, October 18-19, 2013. Food, beer, and wine, too.
